With over a decade of experience working in Perth’s best restaurants - including Rockpool, Measure Dessert Bar and Wildflower - as well as running her own cafe, pastry chef Amanda Yong is passionate about creating genuinely exquisite dessert offerings.

Besides churning out Perth’s best cheese tarts here at Tartes by Amanda, she’s also passionately active in the food community and co-founded Project WOMN - running a series of pop-up charity food and wine pairing dinners featuring all-women chefs and entrepreneurs from WA.

The truffle butter cookies are created by Amanda that are infused with earthy richness of Western Australian black truffles from Manjimup adding an extra savoury touch of softness to these extremely buttery cookies that are proudly distributed by The Gourmet Box Australia in Hong Kong.
