Return Policy

We have a no returns policy. However should you receive your package and it is damaged, please let us know by contacting hello@thegourmetbox.com.au and send us a picture of the damage as soon as possible so we can investigate and come to a solution. Kindly take note that we are only able to process requests for replacements within 1 week of receiving your box. We take no responsibility for change of mind or allergies. However if you do have a reaction to any of our products, please kindly contact the manufacturer directly.
