The Bettenay family purchased a picturesque plot of land deep in the heart of the Margaret River region in 1989 - and they've been perfecting their premium wines and luxuriously soft, creamy nougat ever since.

Each bar of nougat is lovingly handcrafted from their secret family recipe, packed with the finest fruits and nuts sourced as locally as possible. The Bettenays are true masters of their craft, constantly developing new creations with over 30 different flavour combinations on offer.
