We deliver across Hong Kong Island, Kowloon, and the New Territories. Deliveries to outlying islands or remote areas may require additional arrangements or charges.
We use Hong Kong Post and couriers for our deliveries in Hong Kong. However, we are not liable and unable to control what happens outside of our warehouse.

Orders are typically processed within 2 business days. You will receive a confirmation once your order has been dispatched.
Yes, we recommend that a recipient is available to receive the order to ensure product quality.
If unattended, the courier may leave the parcel in a secure location where appropriate. Redelivery may incur an additional fee.
An order tracking number will be emailed to you after your order is received and processed by our team.
During occasions such as Chinese New Year, Mid-Autumn Festival, and Christmas, delivery schedules may be adjusted.
We recommend placing orders early to secure your preferred delivery timing.
All items are carefully packed to maintain quality during transit. We recommend attending to perishable items (eg. handmade chocolates, gourmet nuts, handcrafted confectionery without preservatives added) promptly and store them in a cool, dry environment below 22°C out of direct sunlight upon delivery.
